Ok..in the picture, warm pack for breast, actually, it is not a warm pack. It is an ice pack. That type of thing can only drop ice and use as ice pack. Warm wash cloth is the best warm pack for your breast. I also suggest when you go to hospital for child birth, dont forget to bring 2 large extra firm pillows..It is very useful for breast feeding.
